fascinating, poetic, gripping, and real novel!

I opened this book late one night and didn’t put it down until I’d finished it. Everyone Was Falling is haunting, poetic, and real. As a transnational transracial Queer Asian adoptee, the main character feels authentic and holds back no punches to describe their experiences. This is as much a novel as a reflection of the disturbing racial and political moment. Worth it! —Elizabeth Wexler
